Highly recommended for women during the early stages of menopause as a starter dose but can be used throughout menopause and beyond. Promensil Double Strength is specifically formulated to provide 80mg of standardised red clover isoflavones to help cope with the symptoms of menopause.These red clover isoflavones are naturally occurring plant oestrogens which are not chemically synthesised.
Promensil is the most extensively studied menopause supplement. Promensil has been used in international scientific research into effects of red clover supplementation during menopause for over 15 years. Studies have shown that Promensil may help to maintain good general health during the menopause and offer additional support to the usual vitamin and soya blends and that it has a good safety profile.

Red Clover (Trifolium Pratense) Extract, Bulking Agents: Dicalcium Phosphate, Microcrystalline Cellulose; Tablet Coating (Glazing Agents: Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose, Polydextrose; Colour: Red Iron Oxide, Anti-Caking Agents: Polyethylene Glycol, Talc; Maltodextrin, Medium Chain Triglycerides), Anti-Caking Agent: Silicon Dioxide, Stabilisers: Cross-linked Sodium Carboxy Methyl Cellulose, Polyvinylpyrrolidone; Anti-Caking Agent: Magnesium Salts of Fatty Acids, Antioxidant: Alpha-tocopherol.

Directions:
Take 1 tablet daily with a meal, continuously at around the same time each day or as directed by your healthcare professional. Initially we recommend a minimum of 12 weeks intake.

Totally amazing product
I cannot recommend this product highly enough. Since I started taking it all my symptoms of menopause have gone - night sweats, hot flushes, the lot. A fantastic natural alternative to HRT without the side effects.
