“I'm about 165lb and on my first week of this with a steady 1800 - 2000 calorie a day, I lost a couple of pounds which is pretty good but the real test was the next week where I went on holiday eat everything from 2000 to 4000 a day for 6 days and still only got back to my original weight while on this tables, just two a day in the morning. Been another week back on 1800 - 2000 cal and down a couple of pounds again. Also to be noted I haven't had as many cravings and urges to eat in excess. They do smell a bit but its nothing to bad.”

“Tried this product but it made me crazy constipated. Usually have very loose poop due to using strong fat blockers but it seemed to stop the fat blockers from working too, I expected to have things go straight through me but nothing came out of me for days after using these for just 1 day will not take them again darent weigh myself after using those but they definitely don't work.”
