Directions:

Apply a dab of (0.5g) balm and massage into the targeted area. Adapt the quantity of balm to the desired sensation of warmth, applying up to twice a day maximum. Wash hands after applying. Keep out of the reach of children. External use only. Do not apply to broken skin. If in eyes and mucous membranes, rinse with a vegetable oil.
