- Blend with your favorite milk and enjoy it as a magnesium loaded hot chocolate, bed time ritual.
- Sweet tooth? All our blends are free from sugar and artificial flavourings /sweeteners so add a drizzle of honey if you want to hit that sweet spot!
- Stir into yoghurt, or add a scoop to your favorite smoothie or smoothie bowl recipe.
- Mix 8 scoops of Catch Some Zen with 1 1/3 cup of almond flour, 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 2/4 cup of coconut sugar, 4 tablespoons of ground flaxseed, 1/4 cup almond butter, 50g vegan dark chocolate, 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract , 1 1/4 cup of almond milk and bake on 170 degrees for 25 minutes to make 8 delicious after dinner brownies with the right dose of this supplement.
