“I take Rheal with large glass of water, first thing in the morning, it avoids me drinking some sugary juice, even healthy they are still full of sugar and I like something fresh to wake up, so this is perfect as it contains so many vitamins and minerals. It does taste a bit too much of spirulina so I add a couple of drops of fresh lemon.”
