Cashew: it's like a tiny tree cow Of all nuts, cashews are the milkiest. They're soft and creamy to begin with; we just roast them lightly to bring out their full nutty flavour, then combine them with spring water and a pinch of sea salt- and nothing else. How we like it Sensuous smoothies: it makes them all silky and decadent. King Korma: adding cashew instead of coconut gives a korma an intriguing twist. Hot choc heaven: Cashew drink turns hot chocolate into an event. For best results, use cacao powder.

We started mixing the Ultimate Muesli at our breakfast table in 2005. Today, it's a bigger table, but our approach to food and drink is the same. Brilliant ingredients. Nothing artificial. Nothing refined. A life lived in rude health. Tuck in. You're in rude health when... you float your own boat. You laugh out loud. You eat your food before you have time to Instagram it.
