“One of the hidden gems in H&B. I picked it up on sale half expecting it to be a scam product but surprisingly it blocks appetite for me (I feel satisfied with much less food and no cravings) and tastes really lovely! I like it just as is, but prefer it with less water, so about half a mug of water or an espresso cup. Definitely recommend!”
