Originally made in East London for friends as a pre-dinner snack, the chips have come along way from the garden shed where they were first produced. Our flavours include Spring Onion and Cheese, Rosemary and Thyme and the "WILD' or 'Mild' Chilli and Garlic range.
Soffles use fresh ingredients for their flavour and then oven roast until crunchy. We've mixed LOADS of FRESH Scotch Bonnet chilli and Garlic into the dough and then tossed the chips in olive oil, salt and pepper. A completely natural product with 25% less fat content than some deep fried snacks. A perfect snack made for sharing with friends and snacking with dips.
