“It is cheaper to buy 100 tablets, than 50. I am taking biotin and orher supplements for hair for couple of months. I wouldn't say I see exact improvement, but I think there is some improvement, which is not necessarily from taking biotin. This is more for my own peace of mind, to be honest.”

“I have been taking these for a few years now and do think that they have improved the thickness of my hair (the main reason why I started to take them). I was also told that biotin may help improve the thickness of my eyelashes but it doesn't seem to have made much if any difference there.”
