Always read the label before use

Directions:

4 to 5 x 10 minute sessions.

Brush your teeth before the first session

Remove the film protecting the batteries.

Clip the flexible silicone mouth tray on to the Style White's Light activator.

Apply a thin layer (approx 1millimetre) of gel on either side of the tray.

To start press the O button in the centre of the light activator.

Insert the mouth tray into your mouth.

Once comfortably located, press with your jaw to maintain the mouth tray's position.

After 10 minutes the light activator will automatically switch off, signalled by a beeping sound.
