Do not exceed the recommended dose Store away from children. Do not freeze or heat as Symprove contains live and active bacteria. Within the first few weeks, you may notice some changes to your bowel habits/stools – this is normal and will settle. You can lower the dose to 35ml and build back up while you adjust.

Directions:

Shake bottle gently before use. Take 70ml of Symprove every morning 10 minutes before you eat or drink. Designed to deliver approximately 10 billion colony forming units (CFUs) per 70ml. Store in a cool, dry place out of the reach of children. Once opened, keep in the fridge and consume within 10 days. Please do not heat or freeze as you may damage the live and active bacteria.
