Directions:

1. Shake the box to loosen contents. Remove stopper, add 325 ml of lukewarm water and replace stopper. 2. Place your thumb over the stopper to hold in place, gently shake the box to allow the liquid and mix to bind. Then shake well for approximately one minute to ensure the ingredients are thoroughly mixed, turning box occasionally 3. Pull the top left corner to remove the lid of the box and thoroughly mix the dough using a fork, ensuring there is no dry mix, paying particular attention to the corners and base of the box then even the top of the dough with a fork. 4. Brush gently with olive oil then place the box in a cold oven, set temperature to 50 °c Fan/70 °c conventional oven for approximately 15-20 minutes. (*gas oven instructions see below). Increase temperature to 210 °c Fan/230 °c conventional oven for an additional 45-50 minutes. After baking remove bread from the box, place on a wire rack to cool completely before enjoying.
