Neal's Yard Wholefoods Cumin Seeds are used in almost all curries and curry powder mixes due to its slightly sweet, warming and aromatic flavour.

Whole cumin in this form will keep fresher for longer than the powder, and the best results are achieved when cumin seeds are ground immediately before use. Heating the cumin seeds in a pan immediately before crushing will intensify the distinctive earthy, and spicy flavour.
