Together Health sustainably sources their magnesium from the Dead Sea. This ancient salt lake is known for its health-giving properties - all thanks to its incredibly high mineral content. This magnesium supplement is complete. It contains all 5 natural forms of magnesium: oxide, Hydroxide, sulfate, carbonate and chloride. Our bodies can easily recognise minerals when they’re taken from natural sources rather than synthetically created, so that’s exactly what Together Health have done.
