TORQ Gel is a naturally flavoured high-potency fast-acting energy gel, containing no artificial sweeteners or colours, with a silky smooth melt-in-the-mouth texture. Also contains 89mg of caffeine derived from natural Guarana.
TORQ Gel forms part of the TORQ Fuelling System, so can be used alongside TORQ’s energy drinks, bars and chews to fuel optimal performances.

Tear off top of gel pack (if on the move, tear slowly so that the litter tab catches the top of the packaging). Consume entire contents of pack. Consume alongside TORQ's regular non-caffeinated gels to avoid overconsumption of caffeine (1 to 3 gels per hour depending on experience level). Remember to consume plenty of fluid alongside TORQ Gels if perspiration rates are high.
