Directions:

Tear off top of gel pack (if on the move, tear slowly so that the litter tab catches the top of the packaging). Consume entire contents of pack. Consume alongside TORQ's regular non-caffeinated gels to avoid overconsumption of caffeine (1 to 3 gels per hour depending on experience level). Remember to consume plenty of fluid alongside TORQ Gels if perspiration rates are high.
