Organic Mung Beans
Tree of Life Organic Mung Beans are small, tender, slightly sweet beans which can be used in a variety of dishes from soups and stews to curries. A rich source of plant-based protein they're especially useful to boost the nutrition of vegetarian and vegan dishes and are certified organic. Mung beans also quickly sprout and are a popular source of beansprouts.
Soak in cold water for 8 hours or overnight. Drain, rinse and add to a pan of water. Bring to the boil and simmer for 45 minutes until tender.

Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, store in an airtight container. Pre-soak for 12 hours and boil in water for 1.5 hours until soft.
