Using bio-fermentation with bacteria cultures our formula changes the structure of the natural constituents so they become liquid soluble and easier for your body to absorb. Directions:
Suggested use: Drink 1 serving (15ml) one to two times per day before a meal. Up to 45ml can be taken daily. Drink straight or diluted with water, fruit or vegetable juice. Do not exceed recommended amount. Consume within 90 days after opening.

Easy to take turmeric
“I find tablets and capsules impossible to swallow so turmeric in a bottle is ideal for me. I dilute it in a little water and the fruity flavour successfully conceals the pungent taste of turmeric. The only snag is that when you get towards the bottom of the bottle, despite vigorous shaking from the outset, there is a lot of sediment. I do feel that this helps with aches and pains. I prefer the one containing Ashwaganda, though, which H & B does not stock so I have to buy it elsewhere.”
