“I bought these to help when I’m very anxious on an evening and struggling to sleep. I tried one the first night and I woke up feeling fresh (which never happens, I really struggle normally with energy levels). From then on I tried 2 an hour before bed and within that hour I was so calm and sleepy, it had restful sleep and woken up more energy full than normal! Still not loads and loads of energy but a huge improvement”

“I brought these because I NEVER get any sleep before a big event e.g my graduation this is due to anxiety and overthinking which keeps me awake practically all night. I brought these in the hopes that it would help me sleep before my first day at a new job which I was definitely anxious about. What can I say these worked amazingly! “So i bought this thinking it will help “calming” and “at least making you sleepy”. After 3 pills i was wide awake all evening, I didn’t even yawn, let alone “sleep calmly”. Don’t waste your money on this product, it’s pure scam.”

I like the fact it’s a herbal remedy
“Soooo after being on prescribed sleeping tablets which didn’t work, but left me feeling groggy the day after I decided it was time To try something different, at first I was going to the nytol range. However I came across bee rested sleep support. The reviews drew me in, I have been taking 2 capsules of an evening and wow, it’s a deffo from me. I felt that after a few days of taking them they where in my system, I seemed to be having better sleeps as the nights went on, usually I’m awake for 3am, mind racing etc, however since taking this medication I have been sleeping a good 7, 8 hours not disturbed and this has left me feeling less anxious during the day.”
