Buckwheat flour pancakes

(8 pancakes, 2 servings)

❶ Whisk 100 g buckwheat flour,

200 ml milk, 1 egg and a pinch of salt.

❷ Rest 5 minutes.

❸ Spoon batter onto greased pan, form small

thick pancakes, cook 2–3 min, then flip

❹ Serve with toppings of choice.
