Directions:
ONE TABLET PER DAY WITH YOUR EVENING MEAL. Swallow with water or a cold drink. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed the recommended intake. To be taken on a full stomach. This comprehensive formula replaces other Menopace multivitamins. There is no need to take an additional multivitamin. Menopace's special multivitamin formula may be continued after the menopause for as long as required.

“I take Menopace Night alongside a magnesium supplement just before bedtime. I have been taking them for the last three weeks. (I had been taking the magnesium tablet only and during the day.) I really feel like they are working and I am getting better sleep. When I do wake up I am more likely to fall back to sleep again. Only one night where I woke up in the middle of the night and couldn't fall asleep again. It really feels like they are working because those wake-ups are reduced but I think I am going to have to take them longer to confirm the effect. So far so good and I'm SO happy about that.”
