Directions:

Pomegranate Body Oil: As a daily body care treatment, massage a small amount gently into damp skin after a bath or shower, using a circular motion, always towards the heart. For a relaxing bath, mix two capfuls of the oil with half a cup of milk. Lavender Body Oil: Apply a few drops and massage into slightly damp, clean skin after bath or shower. For even greater benefit, soak in Weleda’s Lavender Relaxing Bath Milk before use, or clean skin with Lavender Soap or Lavender Creamy Body Wash. Arnica Massage Oil: For massage, apply the oil to dry skin. Apply to slightly damp skin for faster absorption. Do not apply to broken skin. Wild Rose Body Oil: Massage a few drops into damp skin after shower or bath. Can be used to enrich Wild Rose Pampering Body Lotion. Sea Buckthorn Body Oil: Gently massage a few drops onto damp skin after bath or shower Almond Body Lotion: Turn the bottle upside down and shake before first use. Apply after bath or shower. Especially good used together with Weleda Almond Sensitive Skin Body Wash and Almond Sensitive Skin Hand Cream. Pomegranate Body Lotion: Turn the bottle upside down and shake it before first use. Apply all over. Easily absorbed and suitable for daily use. Citrus Body Lotion: Turn the bottle upside down and shake before first use. Apply generously all over after shower, bath or exposure to sun. Wild Rose Body Lotion: Apply all over with long sweeping strokes, always towards the heart. Allow yourself time to breathe in the scent. Sea Buckthorn Body Lotion: Turn bottle upside down and shake before first use. Apply daily straight from the shower. Almond Body Wash: Under the shower, wash all over. Does not produce a high lather. Give extra care to sensitive skin by applying Weleda Almond Sensitive Skin Body Lotion after the shower. Lavender Body Wash: Use as a shower cream and follow with Lavender Relaxing Body Oil for a pre-sleep massage. Sea Buckthorn Body Wash: In the shower or bath, use generously all over. Will not create high lather. Enhance the moisturising effect by following with Sea Buckthorn Replenishing Body Lotion or Body Oil. Wild Rose Body Wash: Massage over wet skin in bath or shower and rinse off. Will not produce high lather. Especially luxurious followed by Wild Rose Body Oil or Pampering Body Lotion. Pomegranate Body Wash: Under a running shower or in the bath, use in place of soap and massage onto wet skin. Will not produce high lather. Rinse off and follow with Pomegranate Regenerating Body Oil for intensive moisture.
