XLS Hunger Buddy 40 Capsules is made with Redusure. For the treatment & prevention of excess weight & general weight management. “I bought these as wanted to lose a bit of weight before a holiday. I favour intermittent fasting but always feel hungry towards the end of the afternoon. Not anymore ! I drink a glass of water then a hot coffee or tea, I find they go down better with a warm drink and even warm my water too. You must drink too. I find them more efficient than the XLS fat binders”

“Started my diet again 3 days ago after giving up smoking and re-gaining a stone I'd lost. Been using these since then and I am genuinely blown away by how well they are working. I went from roughly 2100 calories a day to 1600 on day 1 and 1500 on day 2 no problem at all. Highly reccommend. Am also taking 20/30 mg of milled flaxseed on mybreakfast cereal.”

“I bought this a couple of weeks ago. I am obviously on a caloric deficit meal plan. I don’t like using the term “diet” it is more of a healthy lifestyle plan. You have to eat healthy in order to lose weight. These tablets help by keeping me feel full. I only drink 2 a day. It works. So far in 2 weeks and 5 days I’ve lost 4.5kg. That’s 9.9lbs. I want to underline that I am doing intermittent fasting along side these. I am doing 16/8 fasting plan. It really has helped with all the snacking and comfort eating. I highly recommend this product if you are struggling to feel full with a caloric deficit meal plan. Hope this helps”

Fibre in capsules
“Read the ingredients, this is just fibre. The reason they ask for you to drink a glass of water and have these 30 min before your meal is because that’s what result works. The fibre in your tablets then bloats up a little in your stomach. You’d be better off getting more fibre in your diet naturally and always drinking water - this will help you feel fuller for longer.”
