“It takes a bit of getting used to it can be powdery when you first try it. But I like it, strawberry is best, prefer it to some of the other brands that can be slightly sweeter. If you stick to it, it works really well and helps shed them pounds.”

Over priced and unpalatable
“I’ve tried numerous meal replacement shakes as I enjoy shakes and they are quick and easy to make. Pros. Dissolves well when shaken, some strawberry flavour, filling if you can drink it. Cons. Tastes horrible, chalky and unpleasant with a grainy aftertaste, overpriced even on offer. I bought strawberry and chocolate and don’t like either. I would stick to supermarket own brands and the most common make of shakes SF. Much nicer and cheaper. I’m sure these have vitamins etc but they are not much use if they taste horrible. Overpriced and unpalatable.”
