Zero Noodles allow you lose weight whilst still enjoying your favourite foods. An alternative to heavy calorie-laden pastas. Made from Konjac Glucomannan, a natural soluble fibre produced by the Konjac Plant, which is then mixed with water to produce the noodles.
Like pasta or rice, Zero Noodles are very subtle in flavour and take on the taste of the food and sauce they are cooked in.
Konnyaku Glucomannan flour (3.8%), food grade Calcium Hydroxide (0.2%), Water (96%).

Boil for 3-5 minutes, drain and add to other ingredients. Dry fry in a non-stick pan for 3-5 minutes, then add to other ingredients. Add directly to Soups, Stews, Stir-frys etc.
