How about a superfood twist on the classic flapjack recipe?
Vegan, gluten-free and bursting with nutrients, these heart-shaped berry flapjacks are perfect for breakfast, snacks or dessert.

- 100g Naturya organic Berry Buzz Overnight Oats
- 100g oat flour
- 100g coconut oil
- 3 tsp coconut sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2/3 jar Naturya Cashew & Hazelnut smooth superfood spread
- 20 raspberries (smashed)
Add the Berry Buzz Overnight Oats and oat flour to a bowl along with the coconut sugar, baking powder and salt and mix together.
Melt the coconut oil, add it to the mix and stir again.
Place in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Spoon 3/4 of the mixture into a silicone heart mould and smooth down until nicely compact.
Spoon over the Cashew & Hazelnut superfood spread, add some smashed raspberries, then top with the remaining oat mixture.
Place into the oven for 20 minutes at 170°C.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.
Enjoy for breakfast, as a snack or dessert!
