This vegan Caesar salad recipe features a homemade rich and creamy garlic Caesar Dressing, fresh gem lettuce, vegan nuggets and avocado for the most amazing vegan salad!

Ingredients
- 1 pack Naturya Plant-Based Nugget Mix
- 1 pack gem lettuce
- 1 avocado
- 2 slices sourdough (cut into cubes)
For the vegan Caesar sauce:
- 1/4 cup (60g) plain plant-based yoghurt
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1 garlic clove (crushed)
- 1/2 squeezed lemon
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp vegan Worcestershire sauce (optional)
- A dash of plant-based milk
Method

Add all the Caesar sauce ingredients into a bowl.

Mix the mixture by adding a little plant-based milk to loosen it so it is pourable.

Prepare the nuggets as per the packet instructions.

In a pan over medium-high heat, add some extra virgin olive oil and the sourdough cubes and fry them until golden and crispy.

Add the gem lettuce to a bowl and season it well.

Top the lettuce with avocado, the nuggets and the sourdough croutons.

Finish off with a drizzle of the Caesar sauce and enjoy.
