Ingredients
- 130ml plant-based milk alternative
- 2 tbsp Naturya organic Chocolate Chia+
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 tsp coconut sugar
- 6 thick slices of day-old bread
- Coconut oil for frying
- Naturya Cacao & Hazelnut crunchy superfood spread
- Mixed berries to garnish
Method

In a large bowl, mix together the plant-based milk, Naturya organic Chia+ Chocolate, the coconut sugar, cinnamon and salt.

Dip the bread in the mix and wipe off any excess.

Add 1-2 tsp of coconut oil to a large non-stick frying pan.

Gently fry each slice of bread on both sides until crisp.

Stack with crunchy Cacao & Hazelnut superfood spread in-between slices.

Garnish with fresh berries.
