What’s the difference between Omega-3 oil and capsules?
Quite simply, Omega-3 oil is a way of taking Omega-3 in liquid form, while the capsules contain doses of Omega-3 fatty acids. Some people prefer to take the capsules because they’re an easier way to swallow and digest the Omega-3, but others find taking a teaspoon of it, or whatever the measurement may be, is ok for them.
