Packaging Problems

“Excellent Product, Not so The Packaging. I ordered 2 bottles but one was broken beneath the plastic that secures the lid and body which is always really difficult to remove. As it came off so did the neck and lid with it. Could have been dangerous. I really couldn't repack it all and return it to the shop.”
