“I bought these initially to help with PMS after my copper coil failed and I had to begrudgingly go back on the pill - only to discover you can't take these on the pill so be warned! Luckily their time to shine arrived when I decided to come back off the pill so they didn't go to waste. In the past, I've had the most horrific pill withdrawal symptoms. Painful cystic acne everywhere, mood swings, high blood pressure - the lot! But with these, I've had none of the above. I expected to at least experience bad PMS, but I've never felt calmer. In fact, I feel considerably better than I ever have! I track my symptoms in the Flo app and I can clearly see an enormous reduction in my mood swings/ emotional outbursts, low moods, bloating, headaches, constipation, cramps, fatigue - the list goes on. I also haven't had a single acne spot since I started taking these. I did feel a little queasy on day 1-2 but as I had just come off the pill I was expecting some side effects so I stuck at it, twice a day with breakfast and lunch and I'm so glad I did! Can't recommend them highly enough. Especially if you're thinking of coming off hormonal contraceptives as the withdrawal symptoms can be intense. Good luck!”

“I have been using these for a few months now, and have definitely noticed a difference with my period pain and bloating, and have generally felt a bit more ‘alive’ - noting that these are actually more for Pms mood symptoms which I don’t have, but I decided to try these anyway and they really seem to be helping! I have admittedly only been taking them the week leading up and during my cycle, however I may try to take these daily as stated to see the outcome. The combination of ingredients are natural soothers and historically proven to help elevate symptoms (from my research), it’s good to find a supplement that includes the right mix of these. I have seen reviews that people find the taste of these bad, which initially did make me wonder whether or not to try them, however I did still decide to purchase and they are just in a capsule like any other tablet or vitamin, so you don’t taste anything swallowing them - I’m a bit confused why this has been mentioned by others, but maybe they haven’t taken or tried supplements before. I hope these are kept stocked! A regular to my routine now”

Best thing ever!
“I am nearing the end of my first bottle and I am blown away with the results. I was suffering with PMDD on the lead up to my period and severe pain. These symptoms have already completely stopped! The only thing I would mention is that I did have feelings of nausea when I first started taking them but I stuck with them and that has now subsided. Can't recommend them enough!”

“I usually would have had such bad symptoms around my time of the month including mood swings, increased anxiety, headaches, severe cramps and I usually ended up lying on the floor for an hour on the first day, even with taking pain relief. These tablets have definitely reduced my symptoms. I obviously still get cramps but nowhere near the same level. I feel so much better mentally, even throughout the month and not just around the time of month. I didn’t want to write a review too soon in case it was just coincidental but I’ve now been taking them for over 7 months and wouldn’t be without them. I would highly recommend taking them, especially as they are a natural option. I have recommended them to so many people who have also seen the benefits too.”
