“Bought these to make a Halloween 'spooky spag-bol' and have re-purchased a few times now; I can confirm they are great with everything!!! They're high in both fibre and protein, gluten-free, and so tasty!! Obviously, they don't taste like normal pasta/noodles, but I actually prefer these!! The taste and texture are kinda more like a wholewheat alternative?? If you've had wholewheat soba noodles before, then like those!! Two minor negatives are that they tend to stick together a little more after cooking if you're not using them in a really saucy recipe. And, they break a little too easily while getting them into the pan. However, the positives far outweigh these drawbacks. Plus, they're black, too!!!”
