“I bought this 3 weeks ago and it helped me a lot with my muscles recovery. I use to feel muscle sore the they after my training and since I started using this whey protein I haven't feel sore anymore. The bad thing is just it taste too sweet for me. But I try to mix it with some blueberries to reduce the sweetener taste.”

“I really liked the nutrition version and this one tastes similar to that one but with a higher protein intake. I am a newbie to protein powders but i tried a vegan one before and it was disgusting so i will keep this one until i get bored of the flavour. Mixes well, tastes great, not too sweet just respect the instructions.”
