Good probiotic
“I bought these for my 14 year old son who suffers from teenage acne on his face, back & chest. He was prescribed very strong antibiotics which then gave him a poorly tummy. These were bought after reading a review somewhere which said that they were good for both acne & your tummy’s micro biome. They have certainly sorted out his tummy but it is early days to tell if they are having any positive affect on his skin. He has no difficulty in taking them & there don’t appear to be any side affects so hopefully we will see some improvement the longer he takes them. Delivery was on time & price was good.”

Bioglan kicks psoriasis to touch
“I have psoriasis on my hands and feet and was recommended bioglan by the consultant who fitted my new replacement knee because I kept getting infections in my leg and ended up in addenbrookrs hospital as an in patient on three occasions for varying lengths of time. The consultant told me to take the highest dose of bioglan and drink some Kirfir every day and my psoriasis cleared completely, however this was three years ago and for some unknown reason I was unable to buy bioglan and replaced it with gut powered and as a result my psoriasis has now returned with a vengeance, I have started taking the bioglan and Kirfir since sunday and my hands are starting to show improvement ! Good probiotic, may take some time getting used to
“I bought this about a month ago, and have been taking it since. It is a fairly strong probiotic; my body took a few days to adjust to it, but once it did it became quite pleasant to take and seems to be doing a good job offsetting the effect of taking antibiotics long-term. One downside: strong smell.”

“I use one every morning, best to take on empty stomach. best not to drink anything for around 30 min otherwise it will dilute it. when I start using these probiotic it helped my stomach, no pain anymore. start with 10 billion and see what happens then try 20 billion. and h&b always good quality.”
