“I have fluctuated between ‘mood boosting products’ and feel like I can give honest reviews on a few now. I have used this for over 6 weeks along with one nightly capsule of 5-htp (for sound and deeper sleep) and have felt a huge difference in my anxiety levels and low mood, at times ‘flared’ depression. I really struggle in the winter months and actually fear how low I become therefor try my hardest to eliminate this where I can. I haven’t felt the need to go on antidepressants this winter and that’s an achievement in itself. I don’t feel this supplement disrupts me in internally nor does it taste or smell bad. I split my tablets and have one after breakfast and the second anytime into the afternoon. It is worth a try if you’re struggling or generally need a boost. At least for 4 weeks there for you can be honest with yourself, whether they’re having positive impact.”
