Hard to know if it really helps but…
“Good to add to porridge, yoghurt, pancake mix etc in the morning. Ashwaganda in it which I’m keen to give a go for the potential cognitive benefits. Hard to know if it works but I feel a bit sharper and more able to focus”

“Makes me question the ingredients and benefits. Not so sure about why there should be soooo much gelatine in this. Makes my drink too thick almost like a mousse. I’d rather have 100% natural ingredients blended than the added sweeteners and gelatine”
