“A non-dairy protein powder added to soya yogurt and 2 fruits makes a great balanced breakfast. The plain one needs a flavour which gives me chance to have different flavours by using different combinations of fruit. It beats boring cereal.”

This can be added to a range of meals to boost protein intake; porridge, salads, soups, curries etc it goes undetected as long as it's stirred in well. Well packaged and good long shelf life. Easy way to increase protein using plant sources
“Can be stirred into your snacks or meals quickly and easily. Tastes natural with not too strong of a flavour if mixing with other items, as long as you add a reasonable amount :) Useful for any vegans / vegetarians who may want to increase their protein intake without consuming a large volume of food.”
