No more UTIs
“I have been buying these tablets for about one year now. I get painful UTIs every few weeks that would not go away unless I went to the doctor and got an antibiotic, however since I purchased these tablets I haven't visited a doctor about a UTI :D When I get the first signs of a UTI (Stinging, burning, needing to urinate) I take 4 of these in the morning and 4 at night and my UTI disappears. It says to take these everyday but they are expensive so I just take them for a few days at a time as needed and they have worked. I recommend this brand to everyone and have used other D-Mannose supplements but these work the best in my opinion!”

“After struggling with water infections and feeling like I have tried everything, I finally came across these. The price is high for how many you get and you are meant to take 4 in the morning & 4 at night so do get through them quickly but if you are in pain, you'll try anything. I genuinely started to feel better within a few hours! Some reviews say they only take 2 capsules but I've found that I have needed to take the full dose in order to flush out the infection within a couple of days. Don't hesitate to try these if you get re-occuring UTIs.”

Miracle solution to UTIs

Wow!! These are Amazing
“Have suffered with UTI’s for many years and have just got over another one which took 4 courses of different antibiotics to clear it. This one left me with what my GP said was probably irritable bladder as I had a constant urge to use the loo along with very frequent visits during the night too.
