Great clean and lather, soft hair
“I've tried other shampoo bars and this brand is worth the money. I bought this bar 2 months ago and its only half way through. You don't need much at all. It lathers up so well. I only wash my hair once a week and my scalp no longer gets oily. Its easy to wash out like traditional shampoo, as with all bars, just make sure you keep it dry between use. I just sit mine on a hair band in a soap dish. Does the job. Just ordered the Guardian conditoner as sometimes I want to condition my hair, I use an olive oil based pump spray leave in conditioner by Palmers and it works superbly with this shampoo.”

“I bought this and the the frizz wrangler shampoo bar on the 4th of May, it's now been almost 6 months, and I still have about a quarter to a third of each bar left. It really goes a long way and lasts much longer than I expected. I have long and frizzy hair, so I use quite a lot of product, and I wash my hair once a week - so you can figure out how long it would last you. With the conditioner I use much more than recommended on the packaging due to my frizzy hair, but it still lasts a very long time! Both products leave my hair super soft. I have quite sensitive scalp and some shampoos in the past have caused dandruff and itchy scalp, but I have't had that problem with Ethique. I love the fact that the products are vegan, palm oil free, cruelty free and come in plastic free packaging. I am now a converted customer. They might seem a bit pricey but honestly it's a worthy investment considering the quality of the product, how long it lasts and most importantly the fact that you are saving the planet by buying this. Smells lovely too, especially the coconut shampoo.”

Environmentally friendly and great quality
“I’ve had this bar for more than two months now and I’m pretty sure I’m going to get at least another 4-5 months’ use out of it! I have fairly long hair (just past armpit length) and it can be dry and frizzy but just a few swipes of this down the length of my hair after shampooing leaves my hair nice and soft. I love that I can save on so much plastic packaging without having to settle for a substandard product. I’d just say there’s a small learning curve at adjusting to using this product as it is of course different to using liquid conditioner.”
