Very good - Black root touch up
“I had to touch up my roots as my awful brown roots were coming through! (I naturally have dark brown hair but colour it black) I don’t have a lot of grey hairs, maybe a few here & there (probably like 8-10) Wanted to find a hair dye that was cruelty free and had natural hair ingredients and that was gentle on hair. I came across this brand and thought I’d give the root touch up a try. The first thing I was happy about is that it didn’t have a bad chemical smell. In fact, it had no smell at all! Which is great. Just looking at it while I mixed it looked like a nice creamy colour conditioner or treatment instead of a harmful chemical dye. There was no mess at all! Which is great when you live in a rented flat and don’t want to make a mess! No smell, no mess and gentle on my hair. Looked like a nice natural colour in the end too that blended in well with the rest of my hair. The only thing that I wasn’t happy about was the size of the conditioner. I have long, thick, wavy hair that’s 3/4 down my back and it had a small thin packet of conditioner. I know I was only doing my roots, but if you need to wet/wash your hair after dying it, you need to condition ALL your hair. So that’s the only con in my opinion. But I’ll def buy again.”
