Hair Gro is a tablet of apple extract and palm oil extract, standardised to contain 30% tocotrienols. Tocotrienols are in family with vitamin E. The tablet contains additional extract of millet, horsetail, amino acid, biotin and zinc.
The content of biotin and zinc contributes to normal hair growth.

Palm oil extract (Elaeis guineensis L.), apple extract (Malus domestica L.), millet extract (Panicum miliaceum L.), horsetail extract (Equisetum arvense L.), capsule material (hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose), L-methionine, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), glazing agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), zinc oxide, D-biotin.

I’ve only been taking for 5 days, and I’ve noticed less hair shedding, in the shower when I have my conditioner on j in use my tangle teezer, and it’s gentle but I was losing a lot , it’s more than half helped with loss, my growth maybe a little, I would recommend
