They seem to be working
“To be totally honest, I wasn't really expecting much from these gummies. I've tried a few different types before with no effect. But I'm actually pleasantly surprised! I've been taking them for roughly 5 weeks now, and have definitely noticed a difference in my nail strength in the past week. I'm a nurse so my nails are constantly in and out of water and brittle. But they now look healthy and are a lot stronger. I've not noticed a huge difference in my hair, but I have noticed I've lost a lot less hair when I'm washing it. I used to molt like crazy but it's now similar to when I was pregnant. Hoping to see more thickness over the next couple of months. Yes they stick together (my kids gummy multivitamins do the exact same) and they are quite sweet but if they are working I'm happy to keep ordering.”

“I brought these not even a month ago and I can already see a massive difference in my skin and hair, they are the best product I have ever brought , they are definitely worth the money!!! And they taste amazing too just feels like I’m eating sweets which is definitely a bonus, I have also felt more awake and happier even when I was on my lady month my skin didn’t break out and I honest was shocked my skin always goes really bad when I’m due on and when I’m on but didn’t get none of that while being on these! “Great to take, taste good. I noticed an improvement in about e weeks, hair got shiny and felt stronger, and I lthink there is more volume to my hair, I'm 65 and starting to thin a little at the front side of my scalp with the extra volume in my hair it seems less noticeable now, not sure if my hair is actually growing mor or if it's just the extra volume , either way I'm loving it, also I have to cut my nails more frequently as they grow a lot faster than before, my skin also has a healthy glow most of the time so what's not to like.
