The taste is strong but still does the job
“I really like this. It smells lovely but the taste is like a medicinal aftertaste but it does say take with plenty of water so I just had some water after and was fine. I was sick of feeling hungry soon after a meal and this has truly helped”

It does what it says on the tin
“I bought this on a whim because they were reduced. And I don’t believe in things like this. But after taking 2 sachets the cravings are gone. I’m not always hungry I feel full for the whole day and don’t feel like I need to always be eating. The taste isn’t great. Smell is fine like tropical juice but just gulp it in one go and you’ll be fine.”
