The best just add water mince
“I picked this up because I wanted to try a soya free mince and this one was fantastic. It's only pea and fava protein but somehow has a really decent flavour. Kind of nutty and smokey. It takes only a few short minutes to rehydrate. I like mine thrown in a chilli in the slow cooker. The longer you cook it in this way, the more flavours it takes in. Keeps really well in the fridge too. The only downside is that it is almost impossible to find in Ireland right now post Brexit. Not sure why the suppliers won't send it over.”
