“I purchased Active Iron & B Complex for Men for my vegetarian husband. He works shifts and trains a lot (triathlon) and struggled with his energy levels. He finds it very easy to take, gentle on the stomach and has seen a significant improvement in his energy levels. It doesn't have the side effects which are normally associated with Iron supplements.”
