“I used a similar product a few years ago so I kind of remembered the idea of it. I have used it only for one cycle with some leaks so used a pad just in case but I am hopeful that in time they won't be needed. It's such a great thing for the body(especially in comparison to tampons), environment and my wallet.”

“The menstrual cup is the best, literally. It's very easy to fold to insert comfortably, it's really comfortable and it doesn't leak at all. (i would say that if you find it does leak, you may need a bigger size, just because i dont think there's a 'wrong' way to insert it!) I would recommend one thing... To practice taking it in and out before your period. The first time it was so hard for me to take it out, I panicked and thought it would never come out. But once you find the right grip, it's easier after that! I got used to it only after one time. I practiced taking it in and out stood up so that I am comfortable handling it when I am in a public loo!”
