“My 6 year old takes this quite happily as he hates most if the chewy bits at least he can get this. We would like a c one too although he is good at eating his fruit so probably doesn't need it most of the time. My partner has the adult one after being recommended by the gp for this specific brand and it stopped the pains in his forearms due to lack of vitamin d”
