Only 2 capsules are needed per day, and they're a good size and easy to swallow. I've occasionally suffered from bloating and indigestion, but after taking the pills for just about a week, there's now less bloating and stomach discomfort. Bio-Kult Candea is gluten free, vegetarian, contains no artificial or flavours and suitable for people with lactose intolerant. Would definitely recommend.”

Probiotics who realy working
“[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a stomach problams, constipation and disbalanced flora because was taking antibiotics and after 4 weeks of regular take of those vitamins, can confirm I realy see improved my health : the sympthoms significantly reduced, it helped with contipation and neutralised my flora as those vitamins have 7 strain of live bacteria who helping to strenght body defences to fight against harmfull bacteria like candida. Vitamins comes as a 1 month supply in the box, tame 2 tablets per day. For first week I was feeling garlic taste, but when notice that vitamins working, garlic taste and smell didn't bother me any more. Can’t fault this at all
“[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife has been taking this a few weeks now and was a bit sceptical, she gets recurring thrush and this sounded great she found them easy to swallow but did get a bit of after taste so added to her porridge and was a lot easier and nicer to take. And she didn’t see a improvement and hopefully carry on taking and won’t need the medication from gp”
