Directions:
15g Protein Icon: Add 1 level scoop of powder (20g) to 125ml of ice-cold water or milk of your choice. 30g Protein Icon: Add 2 level scoops of powder (40g) to 250ml of ice-cold water or milk of your choice. Use post-workout, or throughout the day. Mix in a shaker or blender. Store and transport in original closed packaging in a dry and dark place at ambient temperature (between 15°C to 25°C), out of reach of young children. Don't exceed the recommended daily dose of two servings (2 x 40g). Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle. Should be stored out of reach of young children. Contains silica gel sachet: don't consume. Store in a cool dry place.
