“Having been plunged in tona Gluten free, Vegan type diet I have been on the lookout for snacks beyond oat crackers, peanut butter or nuts. Came across these and gave them a go. Once you adjust your mind they aren't crisp like they are pretty decent. Courgette pieces can be a bit bitter but mixed in a handful with the peppers and they are quite nice. Would buy again”
